Enormous thank you to Window World! They save the sale of my house by fixing busted window for FREE, right on time for sale. Thank you, Jody, Kealy (sp.) and plant workers that made my window for great customer service and for going an extra mile! They communicated with me , provided needed paperwork, and installed window right on-time for new owners of the house to move in. Great Company!
We requested a representative visit our home and give us an estimate on replacing our windows. Because of my husband's work schedule it would have to be an evening meeting. My husband spoke to the manager and was informed that a representative would arrive at our home at 8:30 on a Tuesday night. We have school age children so we rearranged our evening and waited for him to arrive. Bill's crew did a fantastic job for us. They ran into some snags during the installation process (actually while removing our old windows), but were able to effortlessly adapt to overcome the challenges. Having experienced workers on the job makes everything run smooth. The windows themselves are quality and you can't beat the warranty. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to replace their windows.
This is the second time using Window World. We were very pleased with our windows on your home.. saved us in utility bills.. then we moved and bought another home called them again! Same great service same great products. Highly recommend them!
Great job and love the windows. Jeff and his crew were great and answered tons of questions. Haven't had an electric bill yet, but the air conditioning doesn't seem to be running as much. I'm always leery of contractors, but these guys were great! Crew worked hard and were very knowledgeable.
