We are happy with the windows, but DISAPPOINTED with the service. We were told by our salesman Derek that it would be a one day job, but it took two days, only one man came to install the windows and he didn’t show up at the 9:30 appointment time. I had to call WW and ask where he is. Installer finally showed up just before 11am. Then ended up having to come back on Saturday to install the four windows he did NOT get put in on Friday. No. For small home 8 regular windows and 2 small windows quote nearly 5,000. Price was entirely different from other buyers. Owner was not interested in discussing it. Messaged me cheapest window in stock is $275.00 plus all the other labor. Also had 2 other people interested in quote but cancelled because of price and employee arguing with them.
Love my windows. Very professional. Before they left they cleaned all my windows , picked up all the trash and hauled my old windows off. Highly recommend window world.
