This is literally the worst company for windows. It took them 6 months to do our window. Then when they brought it, it wasn't the correct window. It didn't even fit. They came multiple times. The worst part is they literally called 6 months after the final fix and said FYI you need to sign a lead paper from us and also we never charged you for the window, so we are charging you today and you don't get a say. We were so impressed by this company and all of the workers!!!! So happy we went with them instead of another company. I definitely reccomend this company again and again.
they told me I would have my screens which they broke over a month ago and are still giving me the run around. Don the owner is very rude and does not care about the safety of his workers or his customers. Don has a very smart mouth and always hangs up on you
Window world of Lincoln sold me a window that they could not install. They then refused to refund me for that window and instead want to cut through my drywall and through the frame of my shower to install the window. The owner is rude and tried to pass the issue off to his other employees instead of just handling the situation. Cheap windows and poor service
What happened to your customer service? We got new windows last year & at that time asked if we could put in window air if needed. Yes no problem was what they said! The smallest air will not go in so they tell us we have to buy sashes to make them work!! Really more money! We complain but order the sashes. We had to pick them up cause they were too busy! Get them home & they still don't work but they don't believe us & think they are going to get them to work but of course not until next week when they find out they won't w... read more
