Initial contact with window world was fantastic! The sales man that came to my house was on time and polite. He explained everything in full detail. He also kept in contact with me throughout the transaction to make sure everything was going well. I was a little disappointed with how long it took for the windows to come in. The salesman came in begging of September, my windows weren’t installed until mid December! I was constantly calling to get updates to see when the windows would be coming in. It was a three man crew who knew what their role was in the installation process which made it seem to be a very smooth and professional operation. I was recommended to Window World by neighbors who also had windows installed by Window World. As soon as I can afford to finish the house I will again be calling Window World. The windows and patio door look great and function perfectly so far. I highly recommend Window World.

We had windows installed 6/2017. It took them a year to fix the gaps between the windows and the frames (large enough to put a nickel through) which almost doubled our heating bill though the winter of 17. As of 6/2019 the windows still leak and build ice on the inside of them. The repair guy says the window are bad and nothing he does is making it better. The store owner, the manufacturer and a different repair guy came and said the windows are supposed to leak. They could feel the leak with a light breeze (12mph on radar) ... read more

My windows are still currently being installed, but so far I like what I see. The installers Richard and Diego are very polite and respectful. Nothing but rave reviews there. However, the owner Brian *******, let himself into my house...through a closed front door, without calling ahead, ringing the doorbell, knocking or even announcing himself when he stepped in. He then walked down my hallway to the bedrooms where the installers were working. When they came back down the hall, I am not sure how much time later, and I saw h... read more

I was greatly impressed by the product quality, measurement efforts, professional installation and cleanliness of workmanship in the installation of my 2 balcony sliding doors. Both installations were completed in one day as promised. Today I am enjoying draft-free conditions in both my living room and master bedroom. I anticipate lower electrical monthly cost as a result of said purchase.
