They were able to special order a window to fit our needs. They came early and were done under 3 hours. Our installers worked quickly and were careful to leave everything in perfect order. I have to say I had an absolute wonderful experience with window world!! From beginning to end .. they did a fantastic job !!! I literally could not be happier .. from customer service to the men on the job and to Remo the manager. I have not ONE complaint . They came when they said finished in a timely manner . Great company to do business with starting with the offices administrative staff to the technicians performing the installation. All around excellent customer service and quality work. I would recommend Window World of Jersey Coast to family and friends and anyone looking to replace your windows or screens.
Had front bow window replaced. The seals in the old window were broken and it was hard to close the windows and lock them. Price was competitive and workers were very very professional. They even drilled holes and wired in the lights from the old window. I was expecting to have to reinstall the lights myself. I would purchase again from Window World.
I just had 14 windows replaced and they did an outstanding job and left no mess!
