This is my second set of windows from Window World. 1st in NY the contractors were horrible and was very skiddish about this time. Brian reassured me and I made him Promise that the Contractors would take care of Us. He was Absolutely Correct, Dan and Payton were absolute Gentlemen and Professional. I will recommend Window World and Dan and Payton cause they Were Awesome. Thanks for making my Home even more Beautiful

They don't stand by their word nor call you back when the job is screwed up. The owners are liars.
They were amazing donated all the windows for our home threw purple heart we are so blessed they look amazing
Not happy with our experience. Took months for installation. Had windows wrapped and soffits and doors wrapped. 6 “gutters installed. With gutter guards. They have leaked from the start. Called many times. Finally got a refund for the guards 6 mos. ago. They were supposed to take the guards off. STILL WAITING!! Gutters leaked and froze up our AC. Front porch leaks never did before. Very disappointed. Just wish we had never used Window World. Picture shows proof 😡 Been going on 3 years now. Nothing fixed.
