Scott and Joe arrived at the appointment time and were professional and courteous. They removed all of my old windows, answered all of our questions, and installed all of the new windows with out any issues. They took the time to explain the difference in the new windows compared to our old ones. If I need any other type of window or patio door installation, I am going to go with Window World . Thank you for the great service and easy process.
The installation experience was amazing!! The installers were professional, courteous and did a remarkable job to include the cleanup afterwards. They worked well into the late evening to ensure the job was complete to their high standards. "Kim" at the office was excellent to work with as well . . . always patient and eager to help and answer questions. Window World of Fredericksburg is a five-star business and I highly recommend them and their product!!

The guys came to my house that morning about 8:15. They introduce themselves, then after letting me know what they were going to do. The ball was rolling from then until they finish about 11:00. I had all of my windows replaced (27) in March of 2018. I did not want to leave a review yet until I had a little time and seasonal changes to give my thoughts. So far I am extremely please with my purchase. From the time the salesman Kevin came and measured and gave an estimate to the entire install crew all was seamless. They did an outstanding job installing the new window! I would hire them back in a second to do any future installations!
The entire experience from salesman to installation was exceptional. Quality products installed by quality people at a very reasonable price. If you need windows or doors you would be wise to check them out. We had 23 windows replaced and noticed the difference that evening. The installers were so qualified and affable we actually hated seeing them leave that evening.
