When you showcolor shasher for products, they should match when they are delivered, Management should back up their sales personel promises, not say other and leave you holding their manufacturing short falls to match their samples! When wood is bad behind windows- fix not try to hide or use pressure treat and cover up possible problem. We have an upper pain that appears to have broken seal in upper window thus problem in window. Sue Hepp

I got 4 quotes. They offered the best options and pricing. My doorway had settled making it really uneven. My techs took extra time to ensure a good fit and watertight seal. And they were professional and pleasant. I highly recommend Window World!
We had a front door and side light, a slider and upper window and a back door done all at one time. The crew said they would be there at 8 and they were! They worked straight through until 2 PM..They were helpful in answering our questions. Their work was neat and well done; they cleaned up after themselves. We absolutely love window world! The company stands behind ‘all’ their work with no questions asked. We had a lot of work done (including gutters, windows , garage door, wrapping, etc) 10 years ago. The workmanship was top notch and the few issues we have had were not due to poor workmanship, but Mother Nature. They are always kind and helpful and take care if any issues promptly.
