These people are very polite! The young lady who answered the phone was very professional, she went out of her way to assist us with every & anything that we had asked about & she knew everything we had asked about. The installers were very, very professional....they went out of their way to make sure they did everything well. They even cleaned up after themselves, & treated us with the upmost respect!!! If I could give you one word it would be RUN!! If I could give no stars I would. This company may be good at installing windows for some people but I would NEVER use them for siding. Window World contracts out their work to other companies so you never know which crew you will get. We were told it would be a month from our quote til install. It took 3 1/2, so the crew was working in the freezing cold. Window World misquoted our job so the crew was upset they wouldn't get paid for the extra work they had to do and complained ... read more

Everything went smooth. Finished the window replacement in one day. They completely cleaned up after themselves. It was a 3 person crew. All of them were capable to do every procedure required to replace a window. Overall a very good and easy transaction.
Window World did a great job for our renovation project! From the first phone call to the final installation, they have been professional, courteous, responsive and provide an excellent product for a very reasonable price! We will be using them again, no doubt! Thanks for everything!
Second time we have ordered windows from them. The windows were finished before the estimated time frame and the installers show up on time. They finish quickly and do a nice job cleaning up afterwards.
