If I could give you one word it would be RUN!! If I could give no stars I would. This company may be good at installing windows for some people but I would NEVER use them for siding. Window World contracts out their work to other companies so you never know which crew you will get. We were told it would be a month from our quote til install. It took 3 1/2, so the crew was working in the freezing cold. Window World misquoted our job so the crew was upset they wouldn't get paid for the extra work they had to do and complained ... read more
Fast and friendly good work
Excellent work and very happy with results. The only thing is we did not get a crank for the smaller window in the living room. The guy was checking in the van for one and we never got it. Please ship it to us at your earliest convenience.
Installers are always knowledgable on the material they install.
