I've seen first hand the poor craftsmanship that they have done. When it comes to standing behind their work- they run. I'd be happy to send you photos of their great work and you can decide if you want this problem on your hands but I'd suggest you look elsewhere.
Install went great. They came when promised, cleaned up great and were friendly. Great communication
The install went great. Andrew G, Bryan & Terrian did a great job and when a few unexpected issues came up they kept me informed and resolved it with no issue. I would highly recommend Window World of Fargo for anyone looking to get new windows.

In a day and a half, a team from Window World replaced every window in our house and garage (original to the house built in 1978). The entire team was friendly and courteous to us AND each other. RecommendedLove my new windows and John, Brayan and Andrew did the best job installing! Menards didn’t have or couldn’t order them, Lowes could but no installers. These people were a God send!
