Kris and his team did a great job on my patio door installation - experienced, careful, considerate. I would be happy to have him do more work for me.
Kris was very professional throughout the process of having our windows installed. He walked us through the process and what they were going to do that day which was nice. They cleaned up after install each day as well.

Window world took advantage of me being disabled and overcharged me for a total of 22,000 dollars. They came and gave me an estimate for 16,000. I said ok because i could afford that. Then when they started working they only had 1 guy there, took them 5 days after they told me 1 or 2 days. Thy damaged my home and refused to take responcibility for it. And when i brought up the damage, the workers became hostile and lied to me telling me everything was fine and i didnt need to worry about it. Thats when they started slamming ... read more

This company and the quality of their windows is amazing! The final conclusion was well worth the cost. The entire experience, from installation to clean up, was done very professionally, with great care, courtesy, and friendliness. Business wise; I give them an A+ .

Kris was a professional, breezing through the removal of our old patio door and installing the new one. He obviously has done this many times. It looks great! When he discovered a manufacturer error on the door panel, he called Window World for them to expedite a replacement. 5 stars for Kris! He is awesome! Larry W
