4/3/2021: Signed a contract with Window World along with 50% deposit they require. At the time I was told they would call to give me an installation date but to expect the July timeframe. For brevity I am omitting all the dates and attempts and lengths I went through to attempt reaching this company for information and updates. I had a lot of people tell me Window World was the best. Best product Best installation and Best service after the sale. My experience was a mixed bag. The sales rep was great and did a good job of explaining everything. He told us 16 weeks to order and install, it was 10 weeks. The install team showed up on time with a supervisor present. The supervisor left at some pint and didn't return. The installers were sloppy with the install. They damaged my windowsills & walls in some places when installing the windows. The windows by Window World are fantastic. The craftmanship compared to comfort windows is night and day. The installers were so friendly and accommodating. I cannot say enough about my new windows.

stood behind their warranty replace one window and one scree waiting on word to replace one frame that;s bad will pots when i get word

I have loved my windows! Not only are they beautiful, but I notice an improvement in my heating/air conditioning bills. Your service man has been here for minor fixes, and he is amazing—so helpful! Eydie E.

The windows I purchased, one large picture window, and two smaller ones on either side, were okay. Nothing special pretty standard as others I've seen. However the installation was a different story. The installer showed up right on time. He caused a good deal of damage to the wood trim when removing the old windows. Actual broken pieces of wood and some gouges in the wood.
