Scam artists!! DO NOT USE THEM! Poor quality windows, customer service and installation. Try Lowes or Home depot. Everything about this company is a joke.

This consumer Lost lawsuit yesterday to window World. Full judgement in full along with attorneys and court costs awarded to Window World. All work judged to be good. Slander lawsuits now being prepared. Consumer is doing these reviews on many sites. This is not a legitimate complaint. This complaint and review is being copied to legal counsel. They are the best! They arrived at the time promised, did all windows and patio door in one day. The crew that did the work was professional, polite and courteous and neat. Before they left everything was swept up & vacuumed. I'm very proud to recommend Window World.
This company did extremely poor installation on my windows. After calling my sales rep several times, he finally agreed that the quality of the work was not up to their standards. I asked that they not send the same installer out and sure enough he comes out and does an even worse job on the windows than the first time. I requested that they come out again and they said they would seek legal damages against me if I pursed asking them to come fix the problems. They have done an extremely poor job and robbed me of $4000.00.
Thanks to Window World, we finally replaced the 34 year old windows that our house was built with. When we bought the house used 17 years ago, the inspector told us at that time that they were a disaster and needed replaced. The cost was prohibitive to both us and to the seller to have them replaced, so we conceded the cost in the hopes that we could replace them later -- which we never did until now. I found window world to have exceptional windows with nice features at a reasonable price. The installation was quick and efficient, the contractors courteous. They make the windows and doors at their factory so the fit is perfect. But because they do this it does take a little time. Several weeks, so make sure you schedule well in advance.
Customer service and follow up is excellent. Only issue I encountered was staining trim after windows were installed. Would have been much more efficient to have a finished product at installation so project would be truly finished.
