In my opinion, WW has horrible - beyond horrible - customer service. Would give zero stars if possible. When the windows were installed the first week of July, a white chemical (spray foam?) was sprayed all over a new piece of black furniture in my living room and left for us to find the next morning. Additionally, there was damage to the walls and SIGNIFICANT paint damage. We have had numerous windows replaced in our home, but the damage done by WW was greater than we had ever experienced. As per the conversation on the phone, we did send our installer out to address your concerns and minor drywall damage that was done as well as sent our service technician to correct the window that wasn't operating correctly. In order to of scheduled those visits we would have spoken to you in order to organize the times to come out there. Again, we are sorry that you were not satisfied.
Pitiful customer service all the way up to the office manager. Then after asking for her boss she gives mes his game then says she's "not allowed" to give me his phone number. Not a surprise since we all know corporate culture is top down! Im sure her boss is just as useless. I've been in the construction business for 30+ years. Fact is a window is a window. The only thing that separates those businesses are service. In the Denver area I highly recommend ANYONE OTHER THAN Window World!!

There was then a service that was done that was chargeable to you due to the fact that you didn't in fact purchase the original order. You called us to send you an invoice. Good value for the money. The installers arrived on time, were professional, personable and completed the project as requested.

Last two installs of all windows in my house done June 2019. One, one-piece with plate glass in the middle and one dbl-hung on each side; two side-by-side dbl hungs. At each installation the installers were excellent: professional, polite, cleaned up well and windows appear to be ok with one exception. It very clearly states that Window World is not responsible if these items do not operate as before. Your shutters prevent the windows from tinting back. They did not use scims on side of windows to install. Just screws. They only insulated from the out side leave large gap on sides of windows. Not following industry standards. Did not call back to come to a mutual conclusion.

Our install manager was out to your property during the installation and was able to verify, get photos and video showing your windows are insulated with spray foam. Shims are used where necessary. This would be the second time we have used Window World, on two different homes in the past 15 years. Both times we have been very pleased with the windows and the service. Professional service from installers, quality windows for the price. I would recommend this company.
The installers did a great job! They were very professional and everything was cleaned up well when they were done. The caulking looks smooth and sealed very well. I really like the slight tint of the window which will help with the hot sun in the summer. The windows look good from outside. On 3 of my windows I don't have any shutters or trim on the siding but the windows have a nice frame which makes them look good.
