March 23, 2020 We have been waiting for almost a year for our big project to be completed. With much difficulty in trying to get the owner to contact us, Chris Lehmkuhl has failed to surface or call. We just learned that WW ran our charge card on March 11, 2020 (without consent, after we wrote on the paperwork to call us for payment type). I gave window world $4,000 thousand dollars in November and their salesman said our windows would be in by February March no later than April and now April is two weeks away and I don’t have my windows and they had my $4000 in their bank account drawing interest and I go to cancel my order and they informed me I’m going to be charged 5% of the money that I gave them for deposit which was $4000 they’re going to charge me 5% of my money after they’ve made money off of interest in their bank account,, there a complete fraud a s... read more
Should have read the reviews .. Thank God I got out of that contract .. Horrible customer service.. Plus, 28weeks to install is pretty ridiculous!!!
Quit blaming the weather and install my windows
I've been waiting 22 weeks, for Windows ordered in August. Contract states 16-20 weeks. I paid in full, and didn't hear from them again. I have had to call several times, at 16 weeks and at 20 weeks, and each time they kick the can down the road. I still don't have Windows and they still can't give me an install date, at all. If you like waiting for things that may never come, call Window World!
Nice staff. Efficient installation staff who cleaned their work space which was a nice surprise. Have been a customer since 2015 replaced windows, patio doors and screen door.
Defective windows with mold growing on the inside of the window with a bad seal. Window World will not replace under warranty due to not filling out paperwork within 30 days of buying house. This is clearly just a way to get out of the “lifetime warranty.”
Love, love, love my new windows. The installers professional and friendly. They cleaned up completely when they were done. Thanks for a great jpb
