I ordered patio doors in Oct 2020 and was told the doors should be in here within 12 weeks. on Feb 2, they told us to call back mid Feb. On Feb 22, was told doors should have been in last week but did not show up. Called on Mar 15, 2021 and the representative that answered the phone cannot give me an update. I was told the office manager would call me back in the new few days. It has been 21 weeks since I ordered my patio doors and still waiting answers.
I wish that I had checked the BBB website before I called Window World. I have called multiple times asking to speak with the owner and she will NOT return my call or does Not know that I have called. I have made multiple calls and finally went into the office hoping to speak with her. She was not. I spoke with the office manager. My windows were sold to me on June 2, 2020 and while I was working in July and they said it would take 6 to 8 weeks I was waiting on a call about my windows and installation. Mrs. **'s contract was signed June 2, 2020. Window World's normal time frame for a window installation would be around 8 weeks. Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing a 14-week minimum for have a job installed. Due to the covid causing factory production delays, our store, like all other companies, did not know how much of a delay they would ultimately have in delivering the product to our store. I ordered 21 windows in July 2019. I got a call on Sept. 6th to schedule for the the windows to be installed. The apt. was set up for Sept. 10th between 9am - 10am. I got a call to let me know that they would be at my house within an hour at 8am. I was so surprised this day in time with them being early to install the windows. It was around 90 degrees and the installers ****************** worked non stop the entire day. They worked until 7pm and finished installing all 21 windows. Would not recommend. As ** commented in his review dated 3-7-19, there was surface damage to my wall and floors during my installation as well. During the rehanging of a window blind (which I paid an extra $10 each for) the installer broke the window blind and then proceeded to superglue it together without using a drop cloth, which I had even provided. He dropped an insane amount of superglue all over my hardwood floor, leaving me to find it setup after he left along with caulking on the hardwood. There was also a hunk out ... read more

About the $40 refund, I, as the office bookkeeper must take responsibility for that oversight of not communicating. I was told immediately to issue this refund, which was placed in the accounting system immediately for the owner to print and sign the check. By far the worst company I have ever done business with in my life. Windows was ordered to small and made to fit with great foam, yard damage from contractors putting them in and damage to all painted surfaces from prying old window out. Their idea of making it good was to knock $150 off a 7,000 bill. My suggestion would be to pay a little more through a quality company and get the good craftsmanship. **

These guys were great! From the order date to the installation date was approximately 5 1/2 weeks. I had an unexpected health issue to occur, I called *** the office manager to ask if the windows could be installed prior to the promised 6-8 weeks and BAM! he took care of it immediately. He rearranged the schedule to accommodate me so I didn't have to worry about it while I was in the hospital. What more could I ask. We hired Window World of Chattanooga in 2014 to replace 11 windows plus a door with transom, sidelights and circle top in our foyer. Plus we purchased a new rot proof door. We were impressed with the quality of the windows and door, the polite workers, the efficiency of getting the job done. We did have a wait for installation due to our "wet season" those first months of the years. There was an installation problem on the door that the owner came out and fixed perfectly.
