Recommendedthe crew arrived in the am and went right to work. they had to quit at 5.pm due to rain and had to come back but they cleaned everything up inside and out. they were great. I highly recommend this company.
Windows are great! Customer Service is not so good! I contacted Window World late Sept one of their windows that had deteriorated inside and another had tabs that broke off. John came on Oct 4th and looked at the windows and was going to order clips and a window. didn't hear anything so i called and found out John never gave the info to the office. They knew nothing! Company is awesome! Mr. Webb arrived early to replace windows and was very informative as well as professional. I would recommend them for anyone wanting to upgrade your windows. They honored the window warranty of the previous company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
we had our new windows installed today by Anthony and Ty. They were on time, professional, efficient with their time and skilled in their craft. We have had a few upgrades this year to our home and did not have as good results as we did with Window World. Thank you all so much..
Quality Craftsmanship on home improvement products with a " no pressure" sales approach. Window World OWNES the Window market already.... Leave the high pressure junk for the other guys. Window World wrapped our home with new aluminum, shaker shingles & new gutters all around. Our home is brick but the wooden eves kept needing replacement. The treatment by Window World has ended that need. We also had Window World replace every window in our home. We’re completely satisfied with their work & those amazing gentlemen who did the work!
We have an issue with windows they installed approx 22 months ago. Have called several times and the lady that answers the phone says she will have someone call us back. Still no call. I guess the lifetime warranty applies if you can actually talk to someone about the problem. Do not recommend.
Follow-up and repair on damages warranty work. Return phone calls and do what you say you are going to do.
