Our windows look great! Our salesman Scott was on time and explained the process. Bo and Zach installed, they were on time, clean up the mess and did a great job. I world recommend to anyone.

I'd call Windows World a mixed bag. On the plus side, they were courteous, helpful, and professional. The installation crew was knowledgeable, did excellent work, and cleaned up afterward. On the negative side, there were extensive delays getting the job done, in part to inaccurately measuring where the windows were to go. i contracted with window world to install vinyl siding on my home in june of 2022. work started sometime in early december. WW sent two men to my home to do the installation. one of the men was an obvious meth addict. after two weeks of stop and start work, i began to complain to WW about both the men at my home and the quality of the work they were performing, and also about the condition they left my home and yard in each day. i will attach photos to show the sub-par work and also photos of my yard. i called WW numerous... read more
