This company is absolutely excellent!! Great communication they set the right expectations for us, the sliding door came earlier than that was expected and they schedule the instalation before the day thet told us , we were super happy!especially mention to sales lady , Yodaire,Diego , Josua and Chris they went above and beyond they did a perfect job , super profesional all of them , I would recommend this company to everyone.
My experience with window world was great! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. The installation process went smoothly. I love my new impact windows.
The guys did an excellent job installing my hurricane windows. Everyone was polite and friendly and the job was done within just a few hours.
I'm downgrading this to one star until window world comes out to finish installing my trim. The initial professionalism from the sales rep and the installers was great. Then I paid them in full and was told that once the city inspector came out and gave his seal of approval, they would come back out asap to finish installing the trim. That was 2 months ago. I've called the sales rep and the main office repeatedly and the only responses and feedback I've received has been "I'll call you back" or "I'll check on that". Don't pa... read more
