I chose Window Works to replace the windows on the front and side of my house and was told it would be a 5-6 week lead time for the project. I called 4 weeks after giving them my deposit to check on the status of my windows only to be told that they never came back out to measure for them and that they had not been ordered. I'm not sure when they would have discovered that they cashed a check and had not processed an order, but clearly it is longer than 4 weeks. No stars, very poor service when it comes to product problems. Can't get them to respond. Not impressed at all. Widows have lost their seal and are becoming foggy between the glass. That is the reason I replaced them in the first place. Looks like I need to replace the replacements, both the windows and the company. Hopefully I will have better luck with the next guys, this window replacing every few years is getting OLD! I have heard good thing about Window World. Randy 423-280-1711
RecommendedTeam at Window Works is great. They won't leave you with any work left to do from bad contractors. Prices were excellent and lifetime warranty is awesome!
