We’ve worked with Window Wears before on our son’s apartment and they were great. We moved to a new house in late July and needed all new window coverings and were fortunate enough to have Sandy as our consultant. I tried working with Mike from Window Wears, but found him to be very unresponsive, unprofessional, disorganized and rude. When I finally did speak with him, he got the order wrong, wasn't aware of their process, didn't know where the product was and had me do a lot of the work to track an order which ended up being at his own shop/warehouse. Window Wears is a great alternative to buying from a big-box store. I had previously gone to one of the big-box stores, but then once the blinds stopped working I had a great deal of difficulty getting someone to fix or mend them. Window Wears was exactly the right alternative - responsive, precise, and solutions-orientated! Fantastic.
