Early August 2020 - Purchased 14 double hung windows and 1 picture window. At time of sale, estimated install time expectation they set was 8-10 weeks. That would have put install early October to late October. The windows got installed early December or, roughly 8 weeks late. Window Universe NEVER reached out to me with status of my order. If I wanted a status - I HAD TO REACH OUT TO THEM. They kept blaming the manufacture for being late, they NEVER admitted the install expectation THEY set was wrong - according to the actu... read more
