So far this has been a disappointing experience. Late for appointments, last minute rescheduling, and no shows/going to wrong address. Also took more than the promised (in writing) 7 days for a measuring appointment scheduler to call. Clearly need to work on their systems a bit more. Hoping the actual product is worth the poor experience to date.
We were under a tight time line to get our windows for a renovation and not only did the windows arrive in plenty of time but the installers we very fast in getting it done in a few hours! The staff was very friendly and we are very happy with how our windows look! I would recommend this company for your window needs.
Window Universe of Indianapolis,IN replaced all our double hung windows in our 20 year old two story home. Drew came to our house to give us an estimate. He explained all the options thoroughly without any sales pressure. He also kept us informed during the manufacturing and scheduling process. I worked with Drew and could not have been more impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. Window Universe was the 3rd company that I received bids from and was by far the best!! The crew that installed them was very competent and clean. They did an amazing job!

Got our new windows today! Just-in-time for hurricane!
Our beautiful sliding patio door they replaced in October had one of the doors spontaneously shatter a few months ago. We called them and they ordered a new one. The first came in but was not to their standards, so within a week another was delivered and installed - NO charge! AWESOME business!!
