Today was the installation day for my sliding glass door and there was a mix up at the “factory” that caused them to customize a door 15 inches shorter than what was necessary. Luckily the installer brought it to my attention before he started to remove the old door. Window Universe in Lakewood, Ohio did a fantastic job replacing 10 fixed windows at our house. They walked us through the whole process, showed up on time, quickly replaced all the windows, and did a great job cleaning up. They were very professional and I would definitely call them again and recommend them to my friends.
