Grace installed blackout drapes in our primary bedroom, privacy flat Roman shades in our primary bathroom, and a blackout soft Roman shade in our kids’ bedroom. The result looks beautiful and works perfectly for privacy and better sleep. From the initial meeting to helping us select the right materials, Grace was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The installation was smooth and well organized. Grace did an excellent job from start to finish. Our blinds were not easy to install, but she handled everything with professionalism and care. She gave us a realistic timeline and even came during the installation to make sure everything was done right. We really appreciate her commitment and support throughout the process.
Grace made several trips to our house to make sure we got the best solution. When we placed our order she made up several samples to ensure everything was perfect. The day of installation she was on site to supervise. She was very helpful and created a very positive environment for our home. Highly recommended. The final result is beautiful.
