Like all of you, the experience is terrible here. We ordered windows back in October 2020 and paid in full. We called tons of times to have the windows installed. BTW, they didn't show up the first time without any notification. They didn't show up and canceled second appointment due to truck issue. They canceled the third appointment due to the weather. Like all the other people that are complaining, I placed an order for windows, In January of 2021. I have not received windows and they will not call me back. I'm not sure why their website is still on google as if they are still in business. This website should be flagged as to not attract new customers. I will be complaining to BBB and the Ohio Attorney General.
I've been as patient as possible with this company. We placed our order in October of 2020. Windows were installed in May 2021, but there was an issue with my 1 screen and what I thought was a seal on 1 window. They came out to look at the seal issue and didn't have my screen, but told me they would get it to me. Now here we are December and I still have no screen and no new window sash! Totally disappointed I ordered windows in March of 2021, gave them a 2400 dollar down payment, was given a 12 to 14 week wait due to the pandemic. Just like most of you I called several times to get an update with no response. Finally received update was told September for installation service. September has come and gone. Window Planet did call on October 4th to tell me my windows were in. An appointment was made for October 15 between 8am and 9am for their arrival.
