Overall I have been very pleased with the products and the installation even though we had some delaydue to the contractor I chose to use--not window ology's fault. The only thing I was very up set about was the lack of deposit of my last payment check for over 31/2 weeks----my project was a Probate project and I had to close the bank account relating to Probate and due to the lack of deposit from Window ology I had to pay "lack of funds fees" pay the $2000.00 + balance out of my own account and this made a big problem... read more

The communication is top notch. Not only Window-ology consistently is prompt it his communication they are alos very friendly and most importantly Window-ology is there for you. Going through the proces with you and helping you to create the look we desired. Price wise Window-ology did there home work and came back with a price we approved on. We would certainly recommend Window-ology to others.
