Excellent service - both in order and installation.
Hal has been very helpful. One of the shutters was drooping and he came out and adjusted it. It still isn't working quite properly, so he is ordering parts for me and is very helpful and cheerful. I love my shutters! They are beautiful and just exactly what I wanted for my newly decorated study. Love them! Love the service! Thanks, Hal!

Excellent service and a quality product. Professional and friendlly interaction with Hal. I am a highly satisfied customer. The install of our shutters required some extra work which was done to the highest standard.

Overall I have been very pleased with the products and the installation even though we had some delaydue to the contractor I chose to use--not window ology's fault. The only thing I was very up set about was the lack of deposit of my last payment check for over 31/2 weeks----my project was a Probate project and I had to close the bank account relating to Probate and due to the lack of deposit from Window ology I had to pay "lack of funds fees" pay the $2000.00 + balance out of my own account and this made a big problem... read more
