Even after the quoted price, Sam found an additional area which needed repair and he threw it in for free. Very quick, on-time and professional communication.
Sam called soon after my request on Home Advisor. He had Eric come by the next day to repair the broken piece of siding. I was very pleased with the work. Very prompt and professional.
We are very disappointed in this contractor. We ordered 6 identical windows from this contractor. We received 4 windows that were the same and 2 that were different. The contractor Sam assured us he would take care of the problem. Five months later, we are stuck with 2 windows that don't match the others in our house, additional cost to replace these windows and installation. Would not recommend this contractor to anyone.

Not True! Bottom line, when you make a design change and reorder an item its not free, there's a cost incurred.This customer thinks we can work for free!
