Sam from the Window Mill gave me a very good price for repairing some damaged siding. He came by & finished everything in about an hour & it looks great. I'm now going to start another project with him to replace my gutters.
The project to replace two exterior doors, a screen door and gutters was contracted to start 3-4 weeks from signing. took over 6 weeks. The doors were all installed well but the molding they used to replace the molding they tore out was half the size and even left insulation exposed. On the floor, the material they used left brass flashing exposed. There are some other issues as well. Contractor wanted to charge $100 to put two pieces of wood on space between door and floor, reduced to $50 but still don't think it was worth ... read more

This house is in bad shape. The doors needed extensive repair rotted floor boards and framing before any doors were hung.He should be grateful that my company was able to offer expert carpentry to get the job done right. No other contractor would touch this project. After comletion I can see why! The homeowner now has three functioning doors and secrurity that we were able to deliver.
