Sam Zubalake, a representative from The Window Mill, took a check 2000.00 from my mother to repair her front awning. He cashed the check and disappeared. I contacted them repeatedly and finally received a response saying he had been ill and would complete the work next week. I gave him my contact information and never heard back. I have continued to contact them repeatedly without resolution. My mother is 83 years old, homebound, and has dementia. They scammed her. We would like a refund immediately. Had a metal awning installed for back patio. It is so great to have emails and texts answered so quickly. Throughout the transaction, I was given a quote, time frame and install date that were very accurate. Very happy with the work. I would definitely recommend them!
Scott and Alex installed a sliding door in my kitchen that had brick behind the siding and did an incredible job. Scott and Alex were so wonderful. they worked together hand in hand. highly recommend Window Mill if these two are their go to.

Sam was excellent. He gave me an estimate and a probable date and everything was on time. Byron installed my storm door and did above and beyond what the manufacturer called for. Yes I would highly recommend them . I was happy with there installation of my awing and storm door. They were very professional.
