We did put the pipe back on just like it was. The duct tape was just to help the rattiling nosie the pipe was making. You can remove the duct tape I was just trying to help you from the noise. The job was done correctly mark

The young men who came to do the job were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Work was great, and workers were very clear explaining things and went out of their way to do many little extras. My only issue is they just showed up without making an appointment. That surprised me.

On time and friendly
The two were friendly, on time and knowledgeable! They explained about my wood burning fireplace which I thought was a gas burning one, and pointed out about the back firewall needed attention in the coming future. I also ask them about the "broken" damper lever. ( It wasn't "broke") and showed me how to move the lever to open and close and lock it in place! I will have them again and use their other services as well!
