We just replaced 11 Hunter Douglas Duette window shades and are thrilled with their quality, color and the power raising and lowering feature. Mary Hudson gave us great service. She knows her products well, explains options and upgrades clearly, and has another rare talent: she has an eye for coordinating colors of what's presently in your home with what choices are available in the product you're choosing. We just love our new shutters. Initially, we had them installed in our living room. My husband felt the breakfast room needed them also as they created such a beautiful look in the living room. He was so right. We have them now in both rooms and couldn't be happier! My husband certainly had the right idea!
We have purchased plantation shutters from Window fashions of Texas three times. Brittany Binder helped us each time. She was very helpful and gracious. We are very pleased. The installers were also very efficient. They showed up on time, finished the job and took away our old blinds. Bryan Nemec was the installer for the last install. We've been using these folks for years and they do superb work. Kerry Lavine recently helped us with a repair to some blinds in our garage that were shredded by a raccoon (!) and she was prompt and efficient at getting us what we needed. Highly recommended.
This is a 5-star company as far as I'm concerned. Knowledgeable and very helpful staff. I had window treatments done in two rooms and really love them. Will definitely use them again when I have more work done.
