They do NOT stand behind their work. They do not return phone calls. There is no professionalism at all. I have $8,000 of custom windows that they installed failing one by on and they wont do anything to help even though the windows are under manufacturers warranty. The manufacturer says Window Dudes installed the windows incorrectly. Get someone that stands behind their work or can at least return a phone call.
Excellent service from Window Dudes! I needed all new screens and frames for 10 windows. They were quick and did the job for a very reasonably amount. Highly recommend!
Hard to find the words to describe how pleased we are with our replacement windows from Window Dudes. I can't finish this review with out commending the installer, Nathan. He explained all our questions, was professional and knowledgeable of the products he installed. He replaced all 18 windows in one day and was very organized in the process. Thank you Nathan.
