We got windows 3 years ago...The screens are cheap they had holes in them after 1 yr...we have a big picture window, we had trouble with it leaking they had someone come out the first time after that they won't return my call...I discourage anyone to get windows at window depot. ..I wish I would have got them from where my grandparents got theirs! We spent too much for their service.
Don't walk away from Window Depot, RUN AWAY! – Where do I even begin! This is BY FAR the WORST company I have EVER done business with! Where do I begin? First off, when they came out to give us an estimate and show us their inventory to choose from we SPECIFICALY said- "There is one thing that is IMPERATIVE and that is our 220 window unit HAS to fit in the back window (we are remodeling and decided to do windows before installing central AC because the windows were in BAD shape and we couldn't afford both projects at once." ... read more
