I called Window Decor Store and Lori answered the phone. I asked if they worked south of Detroit to repair vertical blinds. Lori asked what the problem was and when I told her, she was kind enough to tell me to just take my broken header to where I had purchased my blinds and order a new one. She said it would be much cheaper. I appreciate her thoughtfulness and honesty. I would recommend this business to everyone. They have integrity.
We had a great experience with Dan and the team at Blind Cleaning Services. Dan came to my home, removed my 20+ year old blinds and took them to his shop for cleaning. He also fixed several of them. They came back to my house, clean and better than ever!!
I had a 5 star experience from the moment I walked into the store and met Lindsay. She is the epitome of customer service! Lindsay was a great listener, problem solver, always quick to respond and always kept me informed of time lines. I love my new blinds and will be back when I’m changing the blinds in my other rooms.
Had our living room painted. I have had A hunter Douglas silhouette in there for at least 24 years. Once they were done painting, I noticed how dirty the silhouettes were. called the window decor store, and spoke with Laurie. She was so kind and had so much information to offer.
