I needed to get my 10 panel drapes cleaned after 15yrs, and they're special to me because of the colors & quality, and the store that I bought them from doesn't make them anymore. I took them to a dry cleaner first and they recommended a professional cleaner, Blind Cleaning Services. I was nervous as new drapes are expensive. Caleb and Hannah and the entire team were extremely excellent with their customer service and workmanship. Communication throughout the entire process was also exceptional! There were no delays and work was completed in a timely manner. The quality of the material is excellent. They delivered as promised. Lori, Lindsey and Dan were outstanding. Very knowledgable and pleasant to work with. We are very happy with our blinds and they fit our house perfectly.
Highly recommend for cleaning and repair. Today Dan came out to clean my doorway blind. Noticed my door didn’t lock, he took the time to fix for me. Omg who does the going the extra mile anymore. Blind looks new. Blind for repair he took down and said he has a plan if it works out and that would be getting my blind back to me same day. Sure enough Dan returned hung it.
