They get one extra star because Mike the warehouse manager was nice and helpful. I can't say the same for salesmen Daniel and Corey. Daniel didn't follow up on an estimate for my new windows after saying he would get it to me. Then Daniel obviously passed the buck to Corey. Then after a couple days I got a call from Corey who said he'd get me an estimate but again failed to do so saying the Marvin windows I wanted didn't come in the sizes I needed. The worst. I tried calling the local office 3 times for an appointment. Had to leave a message every time. Never responded even though I would be a repeat customer. Finally called Marvin directly. They had their salesman for Florida get in touch with Todd Poorman from Window Classics who did call me back and make an appointment to come out to our home.
