Horrible horrible installation and service. They do not stand behind their work, subcontract work out to poor performing subs and then lien your property when you insist that they correct their shoddy work. Service team is about the worst I've dealt with in SW Florida (or anywhere else). Would never ever do business with them again. 1 star because no stars isn't an option...
The initial window and slider install was approximately a year and a half ago. They left numerous windows without cranks. Still no cranks. They installed impact Nana Doors that do not close properly. They have yet to come and correct this. One impact slider has a stress crack and has not been addressed. Slider latches were installed improperly. Still not corrected. Bedroom sliders were left without screens installed. Nothing has been resolved. Absolutely the most irresponsible company I have ever been involved with.
Window classic is very late on sending estimates. I’ve met their sales person, Tod, and it’s been 75 days that he has not sending us any estimate. Not reccomended.
