Jeff Goldner of Window and Solar Services offered a “pre-pay discount” to me back on April 9 for an April 19 appointment, then never showed up for the appointment. He claimed he had all sorts of valid health reasons for not showing up. But a month later he has now evidently moved on to other unsuspecting customers (see Yelp and Google reviews) by pulling the very same scam.
Jeff never showed up and won't answer nor return my calls. Appointment was scheduled for May 13, 2022, confirmed the evening before. He collected payment ahead of time which I agreed to because he offered a discount. Now I'm out $233. I requested a refund via Zelle- no response from Jeff. He is a CROOK. Shameful. Avoid at all costs.
SCAM ALERT! We used Jeff Goldner twice to clean our windows and were very happy. This time he TOOK OUR MONEY and never serviced our windows. He offered us a discount if we paid up front with Zelle, and we trusted him because he has cleaned our windows before and he ends every conversation with “God bless”. Don’t be fooled like we were! Pay us our $327.00 back Jeff please!
We hired Window and Solar Services to wash our windows and they have a customer for life now. They went above and beyond to clean out windows and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company for your window cleaning needs.
Jeff just cleaned all our windows, screens and sky lights, he did an absolute awesome job and was on time and extremely pleasant to work with. I literally could not find a window streak anywhere when he finished the job. I have already booked him for my next job in advance, and will recommend him to everyone.
