Management is slow to send maintenance to resolve issues. I think I have mold in my bathroom and reported it when I first moved in...it's 11 months later and it still hasn't been fixed. The staff is also not the friendliest. The grounds could be cleaner, especially the stairwells. I will not be renewing my lease!
They were intentionally misleading and falsely represented themselves to me. The greed that drives the application process for this type of business has become corrupted and unreliable to consumers. How much more personal can you get than a place to live, a home? It is child endangerment to swindle a low income family seeking a home. That is food and medicine for them. Honestly, not a terrible place to live. Upsides- big apartments. Very large master bedrooms and bathrooms. Large windows and lots of closet space. Ceiling fans in every room. Downsides - not enough light fixtures, crappy plumbing, not the best floorplans, and the big one - no washer and dryer hookups. Yes they have laundry facilities, but they are expensive, always packed, and the washers and dryers are very small and don't work very well if they work at all.
