I have had them out x 2 to fix glass in my doors. Everyone is friendly from the office Becky and Nikki, to John the installer. They communicate well. Highly recommend.
We recently ordered new custom doors for our remodel - front door and back slider. We met with Windor to describe what we were looking for and they were able to create exactly what we wanted!!!! The new doors were installed by a professional who did an absolutely amazing job! It has changed the entire look and feel of our home. We have received so many compliments and cannot believe how affordable they were. We recommend them to everyone we talk to. Thank you for making this a smooth and easy process.
I received great service from everyone that touched my project. Nikki was generous with her time to quote all sorts of options, always responsive and pleasant to work with. The install team led John was exceptional with craftsmanship and attention to detail. He left our home clean and ready for paint, just as he promised.
I have used Windor products for many years. Windor makes a great door system! I highly recommend Windor products.
