Jason went above and beyond to help me try to locate an odd style door. It is not often that an employee will take the amount of time he did to research a product. He contacted me three times with additional info and he eventually found out that the door was discontinued (then he offered the possibility of repairing the door I had) . Even if he had been able to locate one, the profit on the sale of one door was not going to cover the time he spent looking into finding it. Reply to company: Good try Windor! I think I know who I ordered my custom doors from, it was definitely Windor out of Tulsa! I filled out your form on your website, and never heard from anyone. You do have all my information, so ball’s in your court. I spoke with your office regarding the peeling paint shortly after they were installed and painted. It was suggested that I call your painter.
