A missing tooth had me facing the expensive solution of an implant. It would have been well worth the cost, but Dr. Hawn suggested that I look at a bridge as an alternate and less expensive solution. Remembering the bridges of bygone dentistry, I hesitated. However, after meeting with Dr. Hawn to discuss a bridge, I was thrilled to find out that bridges have come a long way and, in my situation, would be a very workable option. Not only do I get great dental care from Windmiller Distinctive Dentistry, but I always leave there with a great education. Kudos to Anne for telling me about all the things I'm doing right caring for my teeth and advising me on how I can take even better care of them. Ned has been my dentist for nearly 20 years. Professional, caring, gentle, gifted with cosmetic dentistry solutions. I trust him with my oral health and my smile. He's a great golfer and grandfather, too!
How does one rate an afternoon of 2 teeth being pulled..... make that extracted and a root canal procedure? The project was completed in 2.5 hour time frame and I survived. Yes, there were some tense moments (or quarter hours) but the outcome was good. No pains, non-excessive bleeding and no bruises. Sounds great, huh? I had the dentist's and assistant's comments relative to what was happening, what they were doing and such. I mean as far as my root canal and extractions. Not their social life.
