The tenants of windmill terrace need a union to properly address the outrageous requirements of the Tipton group. Recently the Tipton group leaned over private patios and photographed the personal property of the tenants. The Tipton group also carried positioned and climbed a ladder to photograph the personal property of tenants on their balconies. The Tipton group found issue with a water bottle in a private patio! Awful. Ghetto. Disgusting. Stole our deposit. I had a terrible experience living here with my wife and children. Roach motel is the mild way of putting it. They didn’t care when we would bring the pest issues to their attention and it eventually escalated to us having to move away. Roach issue wasn’t our fault, but after some new neighbors moved in they were horrible. I haven’t seen a single roach since moving away. Been here almost 2 years. Maintenance issues handled in a timely manner. Friendly and helpful management staff. Good response time. Nice location, convenient to shopping, airport.
Friendly staff and they have been helpful with small repairs. But the roaches are bad,even after pest control pays a visit while I'm gone. I come home and there's still roaches alive and well.I'm always chasing them with a can of raid so apparently the pest control barely do their job. And the dishwasher sucks i wash my dishes by hand. Also the sprinklers spray my front door every morning and there's not even grass its a rock bed. Affordable but not what I would call great apartments
