This Bernina store is awesome! Within a few moments they identified several issues with my Bernina 830. I left my machine late pm on a Thursday afternoon and they called me Monday morning to tell me my machine was ready for me to pick up. The cost was far less than I expected! This store is truly a class act place to take your Bernina. It's their attempt to have your machine ready for pick up in a few days. WOW!
My mom just made a large purchase here.. and after a miscommunication, the owner gave her exceptional customer service!!! People willing to go above and beyond is a rare thing. Bravo....client for life.
