Our local Bernina dealer closed up shop so when my auto thread on my Bernina 730 wasn't working I took it to Bernina of KC with plans to leave it. But to my surprise they were able to fix it and we were out the door in 30 minutes. Thanks so much for the excellent service, I will be back!
