If I could give ZERO stars I would. Filled out rental application, paid my $90 and they leased the townhouse to someone else. Supposedly, another applicant came in at “the exact same time” and had a better score so they went with them. They REFUSED to give me my $90 back! Seems like it could be a HUGE scam! My next step may be a letter to the attorney general. And by the reply from the company, I still think something stinks when it comes to “an application came in at the exact same time”

It would be impossible to speak highly enough of Kathleen and Windmill Realty. I switched to this company for property management after a bad experience elsewhere, and they were fabulous: communicative, fair, knowledgeable, and kind.
