Honestly this place is a joke. From my understanding Chris Carter and Cally are still in charge maybe they changed and maybe they haven’t but they would literally sit and bash employees behide their backs. The residents are lovely but management sucks.

This is a wonderful ‘home’ with caring and dedicated staff! The administrator, Chris is always an attentive listener, involved in ensuring excellent care! She goes above and beyond in her role!

Working at WMP has truly changed my life, I love each and every one of the residents. I have gotten to know the residents on a more personal level. I have worked at WMP for a year now, starting out as a Dietary Aide. Moving on to bigger and better things, I am now a Resident Assistant. I wouldn’t want it any other way. Working in this field does have its ups and downs, but I would say MORE UPS then downs. Everytime I go into work, I am greeted by warm happy smiles!! Wonderful staff and a beautiful facility!!
