The environment is very nice and quiet. Neighbors are polite. The staff inside the leasing office are always available and ready to help. I’m also obsessed with our HUB for amazon packages, I think it’s just the coolest thing. The gym is rather nice and the little park is perfectly suited so my two toddlers can play safe. Love these apartments!
This property is a nightmare the staff is not only incompetent they are liars too. My husband and I had filled out application on Rent Cafe and paid not only for the application fee but a fee which was supposed to hold apartment. These scam artists then took 2 days to reply to the application, and then even AFTER the return of the deposit was promised by one of their leasing agents, Savanna, they came back with "you didnt cancel in the first 48 hours". I lived there 10 months and gave my notice on the 11th month on a year lease and did not live there on the 11th month. So I went to pay my last months rent of the lease that now I have not lived in for 30 days and they told me that they are going to make me pay for power and garbage for another month while it sits for a month.I think they prey on out of state people the most I was a transfer from my employer and there is alot of military.
