The environment is very nice and quiet. Neighbors are polite. The staff inside the leasing office are always available and ready to help. I’m also obsessed with our HUB for amazon packages, I think it’s just the coolest thing. The gym is rather nice and the little park is perfectly suited so my two toddlers can play safe. Love these apartments!
This property is a nightmare the staff is not only incompetent they are liars too. My husband and I had filled out application on Rent Cafe and paid not only for the application fee but a fee which was supposed to hold apartment. These scam artists then took 2 days to reply to the application, and then even AFTER the return of the deposit was promised by one of their leasing agents, Savanna, they came back with "you didnt cancel in the first 48 hours".
