We’ve lived here for several years now, and it’s really a hidden gem. The apartments are spacious, the layout is good, the full-size washer & dryer is super handy, the jacuzzi bath tub is amazing and something that not many apartments have, and I also love the fact that it’s non-smoking now. Plus, the location of the complex right next to fanno creek trail is amazing. Highly recommend these apartments!
We have lived here for 9 years. These are the best apartments I have ever lived in. The management is excellent. They answer their phone, respond to messages, promptly complete maintenance requests, and are always friendly when we call or walk into the office. You can't ask for more than that! The grounds are clean and well maintained. They have done countless upgrades since we moved in. We feel safe, I have seen the cops here ONE time in nine years and we received a letter explaining why and what will be done about it. You ... read more
I am going to look at these apts. and Brad the manager, couldn't not have been more pleasant and helpful. Customer service like that these days is incredible. What a great experience thus far.
I love living here I have lived here for over 9 years and the management and maintenance crew are awesome. They are very affordable and have lots of amenities you wont find in other places with out paying through the nose. I definitely would recommend anyone to at least give them a look.
